No they two seperate marriages for a Charles G Cooper.Could be two different Charles G Cooper.

This is what it says on freebmd for Blything
The district Blything is in the county of Suffolk;

I looked for Suffolk because that is where he was born.
But just found him in 1901 and he was living in Essex so it might not be him

Can anyone find the deathes ,
