trying to find details of godfrey fitzgerald
son micheal fitzgerald d.o.b 10/07/1054 born cheaster
mother mary helen nee hodkinson died when micheal was about 1 year old fathergodfrey fitzgerald.
reason i want to add to tree and son in laws father would like to know if he has any family out there and i would like to help him
has been told he had brother and sisters,
any help would be very much appreiciated.
plus dates of birth of father. mother , and marriage

Have checked Micheals birth and yes it is Chester.

No fitzgerald/hodkinson Marriage found in 1950/1/2 or 1953 .....nor in 1st 2 quarters of 1954...

If we can find the Marriage,it should give Godfreys age on the cert...

No death found for a Mary H fitzgerald in 1954/5/6/7.....

I have found a birth for a Godfrey in 1915 and a Mary H Hodkinson in 1918.
That would make Mary about 36 when she had Michael.

Can't go any further till we know more.

The marriage could have been 10 years or more before if mum was 35 when he was born. He may have been the youngest child.

yes micheal was youngest child
just found out he had older brother and sister
brother died age 15 in birkenhead park not sure about sister , all he keeps being told is to leave it alone he,s dead by cousin

The date of birth is different to the entry I gave you on previous post but I think the 5 has been mistaken for a 3 . There is no Godfrey born in 1913.
