	Registration dist for Suttton in Ashfield is Mansfield There are 3 Lily Smiths born 1913 and late 1912 Lily Smith bMar Q 1913 mms Scott Vol 7b Page 253 Lily Smith b Sep Q 1913 mms Bexton Vol 7b Page 194 Lily Smit b Dec Q 1912 mms Mansfield Vol7b Page 355 If you know the actual date of birth you can figure out which quarter of the year that falls in and maybe the mothers maiden name will ring bells to enable you to send for the right birth cert which will give you her parents names.
