Hi Everybody

I'm trying to find any info on a sidney smith born about 1850ish
i know he had a son William Smith born around about1877
william married a charlotte sophia richards in 1909 in winchester they went on to have 2 children a william smith born 1910 ish and sarah kate smith born 24 august 1913

don't know who sidney wife was because i haven't managed to find william birth cert

according to the marriages cert for william and charlotte both william and sidney were builders labourers

they only info i have is of the marriage cert at the time of marriage william was living at 22 upper brook street winchester

the witness were alfred richards and it looks like winniefred richards

charlotte father was edward richards and i think they lived in portsea hampshire

i have the richards side of the family going back it the smiths i'm having trouble with

1901 then shows the witnesses were Charlotte's brother and her sister. - No help there then with the Smiths.

looks like Andrew could be another one waiting for the 1911 census!!
Andrew any idea if he was in WW1 to see if there are any records?

Now - a possible little lead here:

I cannot follow it as I don't have access to 1901 via address search but I have looked in Winchester Directories and in both 1900 and 1913 Directories there is a G Smith living at 22 Upper Brook Street so if anyone can look at the 1901 via this address the G Smith living there should help us trace the correct Smith family!

Can anyone access this address on 1901 please and give the details so we can trace back?
