Can anyone see if they can find these on the 1881 .
I have them on the 1901 and 1891 when they were living in Brighouse , Yorkshire but cannot find them on the 1881 ,

OK have just managed to find them on the 1891 as Fred is Frederick on there

No i have looked every way i can think of and i can't see any of them

Can,t even find a marraige for Fred and Sarah .

Cath...that was what i was looking for too and i could only see that Smith barkham was the only birth i could find

Just to confuse you even more on the 1901 census Fred says he was born in Norfolk and Sarah says she was born in Peterboruogh and of cause 1891 they say they were born Brighouse ,
The only fred /fredrick Barkham i can find on the 1881 is married to a Susan but no children ? very strange,even if he was married twice , where the heck are the children ?

No don't say that as i was looking on the 1871 and theres this man

It's possible the enumerator wrote his middle name as his surname in 1881. However that doesn't explain George.
