Find Ancestors

I am trying to find out information about my Dads family.His Mothers name was Gertrude Sewell born c1904 and his Dads name was Thomas Wiliam Collins. I am interested in his Mothers side as I have come to a dead end. My Dad died in 1985 and my Nan early 80s. I think my Dad may have had a little Brother called Tim and maybe a Sister but they must of died early in on in life. It was all a mystery to my Dad and he never found out the truth. I dont have anyone to ask and I need to find out what happened because that was what my Dad wanted to know.

I have searched birth registrations from 1924 to 1929 and found no other Collins/Sewell children.

I will have to buy the Birth Certificate to find out if Thomas and Joyce are my Dads Brother and Sister. I hope they are as it has been a Mystery for such a long time.
