i dont think that his him there was 2 richard rapkins born obout the same time the one you found his brentford the one i am trying to find the birth was registered in camberwell in 1849,

thank you i just cannot find him on the 51/61 census he married eliz josephine mitchell in 1847 he was born about 1817/18 in newington found him on igi for the births and i believe he his with eliza j on the 1891 1901 census not got that info thou.
