I gave all this Foreman/Bolton information on the thread earlier and Matthew wasnt sure about

I think he needs to send for some certs to sort it out dont you?

I think you have hit the nail on the head, conformation is required but I think that your explanation fits very well.

My Father needs to find the letter to confirm who it was addressed to, this is in boxes as they moved recently and have not unpacked this stuff, the letter content was uninformative. I think that it makes sense as Charles could not be traced on birth records and I know he was born in 1907 but in march, would the birth have been recorded latter on?

Thank you once again, I would never have been able to solve this mystery as fast as you both. Why dont they have records for 1881, that would have been helpfull, i have found that ancestry.com is very good has all millertry records of my GGF Liddard over 12 images of letters, why don't this site?
