The combination of the names Williams and Gittins means that the children born to them between 1911 and 1920 might just be theirs -- but how do I go about finding those births -- where do I look to find children born to George William and Sarah Gittins. Marjorie

	You could try FreeBMD. There are a few Williams births where the mother's maiden name is Gittins between 1911 and 1920, but between 1901 and 1911 it is difficult to find births as the mother's maiden name was not added to the birth index until Sept. qtr. 1911. Most of the births seem to be in the Wrexham area. Kath. x
