This looks like Minnies birth, getting the certificate will give you her father's name.

Births Jun 1914
WHITTINGHAM Minnie Smith Wolverhampton 6b 200

This might be William's birth

Hello
I am trying to find any info on Jennie Smith, I don't have her husbands names but she was married twice. she had 4 children Minnie Whittingham, b 29/3/1914 and died 1983 in Wolverhampton, She married Stanley Nicholls b 1911 in Wales.d 1973, The three other children were Laura, William (Billie), Charlie and jean. Hope someone out there can help. I know its not much to go on but i am hoping .
