Beatrice May ATkins that could be her as Mary and Husband Henry, Evelyn and her Husband Joe, and Ethel are buried in Basford Cementary.

Will sent for the certificate and see what it says.

I'm not finding anything under Foden unless Beatrice had another first name but went by her middle name.

You may have to wait until the next census (1911) comes out to figure this one out. Talk to Evelyn's family more. You may also want to contact someone in Nottingham to search records.

Not sure if she did marry,I only ever met her once.

Just received a letter from Evelyns eldest daughter who is now 75 she has told me about Beatrice's daughter Pearl.I didn't no she existed until then.She didn't mention any husband.But my mother seems to think she was or at least made out she was married.

I've never met any of Evelyn's family only managed to trace them through this site when my father died 5 years ago.

I'm going up to Nottingham on the 26th of this month to see my cousin apparently the last time she saw me I was 2.

Just received the birth certificate for Henry above, yes he is their brother.Sadly died young.

There was also another daughter called Ethel she died at aged 18 with TB.

No my Gran Mary was only married to Henry Foden (have the marriage certificate),sadly she died in 1928 when my father was little, he was bought by his much older sisters Beatrice and Evelyn.

Do you know if Mary Atkins was married before she married Henry? if so Beatrice could be from her first marriage.

I'm trying to find the birth of Beatrice Foden c 1901 (after the census) to 1905.

Her younger sister is Evelyn Phyllis Foden born June 1906 in Nottingham.

Parents names are Henry Foden and Mary Atkins.

Henry and Mary married in September 1905 also in Nottingham.
I have looked for Beatrice Atkins as well as Foden, thinking that she could have been born before they were married.

I know she exists because I've met her when I was little. She also went on to have a daughter called Pearl (no idea of her birth date).

But I can't find her birth, marriage or death.

Can anybody help please.
