This is the 1891, and he looks to be the same one in the 1901...Homerton isn't far from Hackney

Do you have his marriage cert?
what is his occupation on it?

The 1901 that VL has put on is the same man as i put on in the 1891

There could be a number of reasons why the occupation doesn't match with what you say...His wifes name does match which is a stronger link

"VL" no afraid not, only have info passed on from family members.

If you look at what VL wrote they say the image looks like Morly or Morley

I have one of my rellies on every census says he was born somewhere different, but it was always close, & thats why i say Homerton isn't far from Hackney
