I am trying to find my mothers brothers and sister. They were born in Bradford in the early 1900s.My mother has not had contact with them for about 50 years, would like to know if they are still around.Their names were Joyce, Ronnie and Brian Bottomley.Brians real first name is Goerge. Joyce had a daughter called Patricia. Joyce moved to London.Ronnie is Ronald Edward. My mums name is Irene. She was registered as Doris Irene.She married Alan Austin in 1966.

I asked Angela what was Joyce's mother's maiden name was and she said Elliott.

I was trying to look for the birth references on FreeBMD as you said early 1900s. However FreeBMD only goes up to 1920s so unfortunately can't help you.

Have you checked to see if anyone has them in their tree on this site?

There are three other members that have Doris in their tree; the members are Shirley, Jennifer and Robert.

Shirley and Jennifer also have Joyce c1945 in their tree.

can any one help please i am trying to find details of edith bottomley nee elliot born around 1913 married to wilfred . she was my granmother unfortunatley she died around 1964 cant find info on birth or death.

not sure dont know her mums maiden name.All i know is she married Wilfred bottomley in 1933.He was from bradford west yorkshire.

My mum only new her parents for a short while until she was about 8 she was then put in a childrens home in leeds.
