	I am looking for a few relatives,in particular Joshua Tofts 1829 Linton,who had sons Robert,Thomas,joshua & daughters Eliza,Mary,Jane & Julia,can't seem to find out who his father was,I think he was also my great grandfather Arthur's Father,Arthur was born in 1872 & married to a beatrice or beatrix Lilley. Also looking for details of relatives of my grandmother Gwendoline Brogden who was born in West Derby in Jan 1920 & all I know is her mother's maiden name was Forsyth and that she was related to William Huskisson born March 1770 in Birch Moreton Court Warwickshire. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

	Thank you all very much,been able to fill in some blanks on my tree now. Now also looking for any other children of William and Elizabeth Tofts,again Linton,did find a William Tofts by searching trees & think his Y.O.B could be 1785. Thanks again.

	Thank you for all the very useful info. I am now trying to trace a marriage,not sure of the year,probably between 1892 and 1902 I'm not sure,but it's my great grandfathers marriage to a Beatrice or beatrix Lilley,possibly in Linton but not 100% on that one,or any marriges between Tofts and Lilley around that time. Thanks.

	Adam There is no Thomas Tofts born c1855 but there is a Thomas born c1860 to Joshua and Martha. I take it from your first posting it is the son of Joshua you are researching so I would suggest that the first Thomas c1855 died and the second c1860 was named in his memory. A not uncommon scenario. Thomas is with his parents in each census until the 1901 when he is married. .From Free BMD... 	Adam....Have you looked here http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html they have burial,marriage and baptism registers from 1801 till 1837, all online free to search.....Iv`e just had a quick look and there are many Tofts listed in Linton. Happy hunting Nicky
