Have you tried friends reunited for Heather - her parents may be on the electoral roll on 192.com

I'm trying to find my cousin, Heather. Her Dad was Keith Walker and her mother was/is called Angela. Angela and Keith married I think in Skegness (could be Doncaster or Scotland) in about 1992 (give or take 5 years) and had Heather. They divorced fairly soon after and I believe Angela moved back to Scotland. I'd really love to know any info you have that you are happy to share. Thanks.
