Find Ancestors

Hello all

I think this family may never be found but would like some help to make sure. I have looked for

1841 Census
Living in Foundry Lane, St Margaret's Parish,Leicester
Thomas POWEL Age 30 Boatman. Not born within the county
Hannah Age 25 Wife Not born within the county
Mary Age 4 Born Leicester
Sophia 2 Born Leicester
Thomas 8 Weeks Old Born Leicester

many times after finding Thomas and Hannah buried late 1860's. I can only guess Hannah was born in Sheffield due to the family births but can't take it as gospel unless I find them. Their surname otherwise is spelt Powell. I only have 1841 to go on and most of the children Hannah had, remain at home with their grandmother. Can anyone help? Have tried all sorts of combinations and wild cards for the surname but am at a loss now. Here's 1851 as the children are not with their parents

Thanks very much, am looking for Thomas and Hannah specifically, have all the info people have listed and yes I can trace all the children except Mary Ann in 1851. Apologies for not making it clear, sorry I didn't reply earlier, was dragged away by the workman!
I want to fill in the 20 yr gap I have for the 2 of them.
