°o.OOº°‘¨Claire in Wales¨‘°ºOO.o° Report 6 Jul 2008 00:20

Paul the name on the census was Lulu which Reg was suggesting was a pet or nickname.

What was meant by this is the child would not have been registered as Lulu but under her full birth name. Another example of this is someone known as Bill would probably be registered as William.

In no way is this disrespectful it's just how it works

reggie was the one saying my family had pet names, so i told him he was disrespectful. and he said look in the phonebook. which is funny when i'm trying to find my ancestors.
so i was'nt being rude.
you've helped me which i said thankyou for,
everyone starts from somewhere, and i'm starting to learn.
anyway thanks again, and i haven't got an attitude,

Paul if we don't ask what you are doing, how are we supposed to help you to find things for yourself?

You have already been extremely rude to Reggie now you appear to be having a dig at me.

I'd suggest that if this going to be your attitude you book yourself some geneology classes & do your own work.

i can't be that good at looking for thing's ok, you must have more experience at this than me.
