Find Ancestors

Hi Reggie,
Sorry been out all day, brother in laws 40th birthday lunch. Yes that is definately my Georgina and family I hadn't been able to find her on the 1901 census so had looked for Georgina's born Harting and one of the ones I came up with was the one that is with a Bullock but I then couldn't find a marriage but looks like you have come up trumps again so will check that one out.
I have all the other census for her just didn't know what happened to her after 1891. Yes have checked out all info in parish registers, as I am in west sussex records office once a week. Was just trying long way round routes to try and find what happened to her. Georgina's brother Albert is my G. Grandfather.

So...the info about the Bullock family is in no way connected with your family...........is that correct?

What connection does Georgina Baker have.........if any?

Have you established that she is your relative......by working backwards?

Hi Reggie, the more I look at all the info the more I think your right it all makes sense so to speak. I am not 100% certain whether this is my family yet as I am looking for Georgina Baker the only Georgina I could find on the 1901 census born Harting at about the right time was this one but she could just as easily be Georgina Rogers. I haven't been able to find a Georgina Baker marrying, Dieing or on the 1901 census as a Baker. On the 1891 she is in Westbourne. So was trying other ways to find her. Hope this makes sense.

Georgina Baker was baptised in Harting 1868 so still close enough to be a possibility.
But Georgina Rogers could well be Kate's sister so a strong possibility.
Not sure about Edwards and Tulett yet.
Will try and get back over the records office next week and see if I can shed any more light on this one.

1881 census shows only one Georgina born c1867 in Harting...........surname Rogers

Just had a look on the bmd for possible georgina's born in the midhurst registration district have come up with 4 possibles within the right sort of time frame.
Surnames Rogers, Edwards, Baker, Tulett. Is there anyway of ruling any of these out? I'm thinking could try and find them on 1901 or them marrying somebody else. Can't think of anythink else I can do at the moment but any suggestions welcome.

Is it possible then that he is just living with Georgina and not married to her even though he says he is on the 1901 as I can't see anything between 1898 and 1901.
