Lost between 1881 & 1901

I am trying to find out what happened to my Grandmother Sarah Moore b1888 and her Brother William b1880 both in Birmingham.
William is on the 1881 census with their parents Edward Moore & Margaret (Nee Gargan) Then there is nothing on either of them til
the 1901 census when William appears with his wife Laura (nee Kimberly) both age 21.Also is William's 12 year Sister Sarah.I am
guessing that maybe both parents must have died. I do not know how to go about filling in the gaps between 1881 & 1901. Any
ideas greatly appreciated.

Could you please put the 1881 census details up please the Edward and Margaret I found had other children to so I do not think it is the right one.Irene
