I am looking for a Henry Green Born abt 1823 Crondall, Hampshire, father George. Married Jane 1844 also born Crondall possibly have children by 1851. I have him in 1861-1881 living in Crondall.

Thank you so much, you have done wonders, I did not expect so much information. That tells me all that I want to know for the family. I didn't know Jane's maiden name and you have also given me her family. I also thought there would be more children between 1841 -1851 but obviously not.
Is it possible to find out about another member of the family Green please.
I have George Green B1856 Crondall - married a Nellie with one child Elizabeth aged 4 mths on 1881 Census living in Sandhurst Berkshire. do you think you could find 1891/1901 if possible.

I think they have been found in 1891, another member passed this information to me.

They are mistranscribed as Gran and Alfred abbreviated but it looks like the same family as he is a police constable as other years.

I wonder who Arther Green is aged 28, Born approx 1863, he definetly isn't a brother, at least I don't think he is, he doesn't come up on the 1871 census which doesn't mean a thing I know because it has happened to me in other families where one child doesn't appear on one census and the next one he is out working.

He is just a lodger and occ vocalist, no relationship stated.

They are all down as born Lambeth too, I've saved the image so if you want it to look for yourself you could pm me your email address.

I have just been looking for an Arthur, occ vocalist in 1881 and found Arthur Jones born 1860 London, age out a bit, so at a guess that could be him and enumerator didn't put surname down.

I put a message on the board for Mark and I have a 1891 Census for Mark born 1865 which is the correct year not 1868 - he is a visitor and I later found a marriage for Mark Green and Martha in 1890 Not sure what his job was though that might be a help. as he was Ag Lab in 1881. Census for 1891 came under Mark Grun (Green) Only surprise was name Mark Jessie Green.
