I thought that after all this time, somebody new on Genes might be able to help out. I am, unfortunately no further advanced in my research of this branch than before, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

In my family (not yet on the tree) I have Edmond J Lipart (b c1890) married to Hilda Muriel Hardebeck in the March quarter of 1915. Hilda was born June Q 1890 and had 2 other female siblings - Violet and either Gretchen or Marguerita. Their parents were Carl Hardebeck and Amelia Dyson.

OK, this is where the plot thickens. Amelia had a brother who died, as did his wife. They had 2 kids Alexander Dyson (my grandfather) and Gladys Dyson. These 2 kids were 'adopted' by other parts of the family with Gladys coming to live with the Hardebecks.

It is Gladys that I'm trying to track down (with very little success thus far).

Is there anyone out there who can help me. I've tried the obvious surname boards (Dyson and Hardebeck) and now I'm going to the step sisters (of Gladys) and their familys in the hope that someone knows where this lady went - surely someone knows something.

Thanks in advance
