hi my father was born in 1949, 21st april, hes mother and father were thomas blades born 2 feb? 1918 died 20 march 1992, his mother was doris allen, born 10 june,1919, died 1995. They had other children in order thier is jimmy 1937, kevin 1947, my dad thomas blades 1949, denis 1951?, brian 1953?,and sister sharon 1957?, its thier grandparents, i would like to find and as far as i could go, but ive decided im not very good as this!ha! My grandad's dad was joseph blades he married nellie (martin)? i think his sister was lilly, and his parents divorced and nellie married a tom yafarno, they had a son anthony yafarno. my nana's mam was mary (straight)?? and i dont know what they called her father, she had sisters i dont know the order they were born i think it was grace, frances, doris(my nana 1919), olive, irene, mary, and the youngest was james (all allen), does any of this ring any bells with anyone? or even better can anyone help me, thanks angie

hi still here searching, its his ancestry he wants to find out about, i think ive found what they called his dads dad - joseph blades and his wife was nellie martin but not sure if surname is right, and grandads mam i think is mary straight, ?? god knows if thats right but i dont know what her dad was called, i haven't a clue how i got that info from now!!, i went into births and found maiden names that matched my grandparents mams, but i dont know how i done that now, i cant find it again!!!! help!!! im starting to go potty-ha!

im trying to find the blades family, from middlesbrough, my dad wa nts me to try, but his family aren't very close his mam and dad didn't really talk about their families, so i have only bits to go on and havent a clue were to start, no dates or anything, what i know is my dad is the third son of thomas blades, married doris allen, my dad is thomas blades he has two older brothers jimmy, and kevin, then dad, then denis and brian then a daughter sharon, thier grandparents were joseph blades married to nellie ?, they divorced, and apparently married surname yofarno, surname prob spelt wrong, god thats pathetic isn't it because my dad hasn't got any other info, can anyone give me advise anything would be a great help! thanks angie blades x
