Trawled through the records up to 1950 for Brierley births registered in Rochdale. Fred and Celia are the only ones I could find with the MMN of Ashworth.

They had 2- 3 children , they emigrated to Austraila so 1 might be there tho not sure what year they emigrated

Thanks Shirley , it could be him depends i guess how many William Ashworths died around that time in Lancashire having been born about 1880
