It looks like when the census was taken for them they mis-spelt their surname on it as the correct spelling is trudgett with two tt's and everyone researching the family tree in the past has missed this detail!

Just wanted to bump this up a bit as still in need of help.

Latest discovery is that Hanover Square district comes up quite a bit as does the occupation Tailors and Tailoress.

Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows anything about the Trudgett family tree or has any links to mine.

The furthest back I have managed to take mine currently is to William Trudgett born c 1870 and had three children with Agnes Eslick. The children were William born c 1892, Albert born c1896 and Arthur born c 1898. We believe Agnes and William never married as there appears to be no records anywhere, however she was registed as buried as Agnes Trudgett.

If anyone has any information or knowledge it would be much appreciated.
