My great great grandfather, Christopher Mills disappeared in Blackpool October 1910. I am trying to find out if he had a second family in the Blackpool/Lake District area. It was somewhere he travelled to on business on a regular basis and it's not beyond the realms of possibility. However, it is possible that he changed his name, so this could be a pointless excercise. However, if you are a Mills and are having trouble tracing your family beyond 1867 and your surname is Mills and your family came from the Blackpool/Lake District area, let me know what details you have. You never know we could be related.
