You should give more info, Robert, when you're asking for a look-up.
For instance, you've already found him on IGI so you know he was born Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, his parents were William Henry and Fanny and he had a sister Charlotte born 1888, same place.

On Ancestry....checked original too.
