I am trying to find information on Roy Bradley born arond Manchester at the beginning of the1900's. He awas captured by the Japanese in WW2 in Singapore and apparently came home but was very disturbed. My mother Norma Howard Pagdin nee Hill remembers playing with him as a little girl before he went to war and was told he died but has recently found out that he didn't and the family probably wanted to spare her the distress of knowing how badly mentally damaged he was. I think that he will have died by now but I would love to find out more about him and how he fits into our family tree. He gad a brother Kenneth whom I believe lives in Carlisle, Cumbria. My mothers grandmother was called Jane Cooper Bradley. Any help would be graet. Thanks, Jane |
