Have just spoken with GRO, there is no info on the dispatch, they will look into it, which will take about a week. |

After posting on 29th April, I received the first cert on 30th, still waiting for the second, an overseas birth since 11th April. Just rung GRO from here, "oh" was his reply, it maybe because we dont hold the records for Canada here, I will look into it and e-mail you. |

Joan, what is normal in a government 'agency'. I have always believed that the formation of these is not for the benefit of the customer and I think that this latest one just proves my point. |

GRO have no idea what it like pacing the hall for the postman to arrive, its better than birthdays and christmas eagerly waiting for the information that can lead to the next generation. Putting everthing on hold until it arrives ! |
