John Report 29 Apr 2008 00:41

GIVEN UP FOR ADOPTION IN 1953 AS BRIAN ANTHONY ALLEN HAYES TO JOIN FAMILY IN SHEFFIELD. BEEN SEARCHING FOR OVER TEN YEARS. HAD RESEARCHER IN IRELAND AND STILL NO JOY. THERES A LOT OF GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE WILLING TO HELP AND GODBLESS TO YOU ALL, BUT IF YOU DON`T HAVE A DATE OF BIRTH AND YOUR RELATION IS IRISH IT`S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE PROGRESS. MY MOTHER MARY WAS BORN IN Co.CORK APPROX. 1922 TO1925 BELIVED TO COME TO THE U.K. TO HAVE ME IN HOPE HOSPITAL SALFORD MANCHESTER LANCASHIRE. SHE STAYED AT THE MOTHER AND BABY UNIT IN THE BROUGHTON AREA OF SALFORD. THE LAST I KNOW OF HER WHEREABOUTS IS THAT SHE LIVED OR STAYED IN CHORLEY HIGH ROAD. THIS INFO IS HOPEFULLY SOME HELP TO SOMEONE, AND WHO KNOWS IT MIGHT EVEN BE ME. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE JOHN.
