Relatives who relocated to Spain HELP!!

Hi there,

I have found some information regarding my fathers ex-wife. My father Mark P Sweeney 1965-2002 married Lynne D McCarthy in Camberwell 1985. They had two children called Steven McCarthy and Joseph David Sweeney. Steven may be a Sweeney but I haven't found his birth records yet. Joseph was born 1987 and Steven was born 1988 possibly because I have a different mother and I was born in 1989. Lynne married again in 1996 in Greenwich, London to a Andrew J Falconer and I managed to find electoral records from 2005 and managed to find an address but sadly she had moved to spain two years previously.

Does anyone know how to trace relatives who have moved to Spain or could anyone do look ups of any kind?
