What a lovely name..
Hi all.. I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. Ive already tried freebmd, ancestry searches etc.. I cant find this man.
Heres the story.. I thought i had found my grandfather Samuel Davies, born 1886 birmingham/aston.. Until i spoke to my elderly Aunt in New York the other night and she told me that her father (the above man) was really called Valentine Samuel Davies and was born 14th feb 1886 in Camarthen Wales. .. Ive looked everywhere for him and can only find the one in Birmingham and his family. On the census it says Birmingham too. So i thought she may have been on about his dad. her grandfather John Davies (sometimes spelt Davis) .. I cant find him either. Can anyone else see them? I just want to rule them out really if i cant find them. xXx Regards Rachel xXx
