Just thought it might be a teeny bit of help to rule out the Henry in 1871 with wife Mary A and daughter Sarah.

They're in the 1881:

Name: Sarah Fellows
Age: 10
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1871
Relation: Daughter
Father's Name: Henry
Mother's Name: Mary Ann
Gender: Female
Where born: Tipton, Staffordshire, England

It likely wouldn't help, but one never knows -- the birth of Frank Hall, Emma Hall's child in 1881:

Births Dec 1880
HALL Frank Sheffield 9c 456

Mind you, there was one born in Aston the same quarter, just in case the 1881 census isn't accurate:

HALL Frank Aston 6d 417

Got the cert for Frank Hall to see if he was the son of Emma Hall and her first husband or the son of Emma and Henry Fellows 1849...............He was a Hall and not a Fellows even though later he cheanged his name to Fellows
