I viewed the image on Ancestry......the first digit is definitely '3'.....the second one is the enumerator's rather peculiar style of '8'

Ok have found them, but Ancestry is still playing up for me so can't see the image

I was given a famliy of Willcocks in 1851 but someone else has given me a 10 yr age gap.
