Can anyone tell me if Elias Jordan 1830-1918 in Kent England, had the middle name of Thomas please. On the typed death list for 1918 he is shown to have the initail J, but this could be an error re deciphering the writing. I have a Jordan in my tree and all the indications are that his father's name was Elias, except that on the marriage certificate that I hace, his father's name is shown as Thomas and I am wondering if the father used his middle name on everything except the census forms.Any help would be appreciated Regards Jeanne |
