Help finding Half Brother Edward Alan Brown

Please can anyone advise what I could do next..
I have the following info but dont know how to use it to find my half brother Edward Brown

Edward Alan Brown born Barton, Lancashire 1952
Son of Albert Edward Brown born Leigh Lancashire 1923
and Hylda J Fairclough born Leigh Lancashire 1923
Edward is brother of Susan A, Barton Lancashire, 1951, and Sandra M, Salford Lancashire 1946 who married Michael D Ball 1967 Croydon.
Im focussing on Male as assuming finding male name is easier

Edward moved to Loughborough Leicestershire and I have a formal record of address in Shephed Leicestershire 1982.

Ive contacted all possible connections via family trees, and name searches on friends reunited, street search, and www.192.
