I am trying to find the surname's, year's and place's of birth and marriage dates for Stephen's wive's.

I am not sure which one Stephen married first.
-Eliza A ?? born about 1832 in Yalding, Kent.
-Mary ?? born about 1833.

Stephen had a child to Mary. She was called Sarah born 1858 in Hopton, Middlesex.

When does he appear , where and with who?

Minnie, there seems to be 2 born c1822 both married to Marys, both with first child Sarah. One from London area one from Brenchley, Kent.

A Thomas Outeridge c1826 Brenchley is in Pembury, Kent on the 1881 census.

Eliza's surname was possibly Roff.

On the 1881 census Stephen and Eliza have a Niece and Nephew staying called Roff.

On the 1871 census the children were with their father George Roff from Yalding.

On earlier census George is with his father Thomas Roff and older siblings which included a Daniel.

On the 1841 census in Yalding:

Thomas Roff with son Daniel also has a daughter Eliza c1832.

Note* On the 1851 census Thomas Roff c1798's mother in Law is staying, a Lydia Cheesman c1775.
