Hi
I have now found a little more information out about my great grandfather and wonder if anyone can help.

He was born Thomas Toner 1920 Newry, Ireland, (or certainly Belfast area) his parents were Sarah Chambers and John Toner.

He was a rear gunner for the Lancaster bombers, RAF, and was sent to the UK, from Ireland probably about 1945.
He then married Evelyn Wakeling in the UK in 1947, then died in 1968.
Can someone please help me with anymore information, as i have never searched Irish Records before and dont know where to start
