a baby born to Betty Johnson in 1943/1944, probably adopted. This child is my sibling.

Thanks for the good luck, it took me 39 years to find my birth mum but I'm finding it difficult because there were so many johnson births in 43/44 it will cost a fortune to buy all the certs!! Unfortunately I don't have any more info. Thanks anyway

It might be worth posting the most likely area of the birth, assuming that Betty had not moved in the meantime.

Hi Ivy, likely area would be London although birth mother was from Nottingham
