could anyone please try and find dorothy taylor possibly green. her parents are charles joseph taylor born 1877 and caroline marion green born 1876 she was born out of wed lock so it could be either surname .they had 6 kid before they got married in 1914 then had another 3 the last one 1920 and we think dorothy is the oldest

other kids names are lillian , violet, elsie may, charles, james, twins edward and albert, then ellen born 1920.
lillian is supposed to have been born in the workhouse in yorkshire we think in 1901 .charles came fromm saffron walden we think caroline came from islington and they ended up living shoreditch/ bethnall green /hackney area .and thats all i have at the minute .

Have you got the marriage cert as that will have father's names and make them easier to find.

hello christine. i am waiting for the cert in the post and you know what thats like.
the caroline and charles one that you have, are the ones that i have sent for. what are the two other name's you have written?

They are just the other 2 names which are on the same page of the register.

It's difficult to try and find them in 1901, there is a Joseph Taylor born Saffron Walden 1873 but he is married to Elizabeth, living Islington. Taylor is a very common name.

my nans dad was charles joseph taylor born 1877 he also had a brother called joseph taylor born c1871. aswell as other siblings their father was also called joseph taylor c1817 married to margaret from america and they were all born in saffron walden and what i can find the whole street is full of taylors and its getting very confusing. so at the moment i'm a bit stuck on what to do next.
