My Great great Grandfather charles Webb married Hannah Frankhum and had a daughter Sarah Ann in 1884. i've found Charles in 1891 census where he lived with his in laws as Hannah had died. From what i've been told from family members Sarah Ann had a brother Paul. He must've been a half brother to sarah, so does anyone know who Charles married, when and where and also when Paul was born? If it's any help Charles and Sarah Ann were born in Dudley West Mids as it is known now. Regards Sam
