He was born1811 in Spalding, Lincolnshire.He was a convict to Australia in 1833, he married in Australia in 1845 and it states that he was a widower at time of marriage. I would like to know who he was married to before he was transported. I think his parents names were REUBEN BATTY and ELIZABETH ? Hoping someone can help me. thank you. cheers Margot
