I am trying to find out what happened to Willie Coates after 1901, where he is listed in the census age 12 in Newton-in-Makerfield, now known as Newton-le-Willows, in the traditional county of Lacashire. Family folk lore says he was killed in a cycling accident (?). He is not listed as being buried at Newton-le-Willows. His parents, Edward and Harriet died in NlW in 1934 and 1928. Can anyone help? Thankyou.
