i have come to a stand still on my fathers side of the family and was wondering if anyone could help go back any furthur.
the info i have upto date his benjamin cant born abt 1790 that is from death cert and census records that have help me .
he married ann twellridge in 1819 at gaddesby in leicestershire on one of the census records it says he was born uppingham rutland.
benjamin remarried in 1855 leicester to a sarah i do have that marriage cert and on that it states his father as joseph cant . would like to hopefully find a christing for him and to see if there was any possibe of other children i have check igi and dont seem to be having much luck. i even checked at the records office near me on all of uppinghams batism marriages and deaths. can anyone else shed any light ?.
