Where is Joseph in 1901 ?????

Born June Qtr 1876 Joseph Alfred W. Peet. Nottingham.

married Florence Mary Sinclair.. 1896.......she is on the 1901 by herself...married.

1901.....His parents Thomas and Elizabeth Peet..with Josephs sister....there are grand children as well. Will have to get certs, to find out if they are Joseph and Florences.


1891 census Joseph is with his parents...mistranscribed under Peel !!!

Please help.

I'm a bit confused, Vera.

How can Joseph be on the 1891 census if he was born in 1896?

Have I misunderstood something or is there a typo in your message?

Sorry, I've exhausted all possible search criteria that I can think of for the 1901.

You could try searching the Asplin Military website to see if his name is listed anywhere.

vera i had the same problem as you looking for my greatgrandfather during ww1 only to find out he had completly changed his name so a not to be found. have you thought of this possobility? regards angela
