	loking for stephen higgins b1849 dublin,who married an ellen kennedyb1852. have got them in 1891 living in leeds and 1901 living in salford nr manchester, stephen higgins a currier by trade, would like to know who his parents were,and same for ellen and if they had perodically lived in england thanks david
