I have three relatives, who were brothers, one being my GG Grandfather Wilhelm Christian Laubach. I have loads of details on them from when they lived in Edinburgh, into the 1900's but very little on when and why they came to Scotland. They were all born in Mottau, Nassau province, Prussia Germany from 1823 to 1827. I have their parents vauge details and their sisters, I don't know if any of these left Germany for other parts. I think they came after 1841 because I have found details from 1851. How do I find out immigration details possibly an exit from Hamburg?
Many thanks for any help anyone can provide.
