on freeBMD i found a michael kielty born 1899 in bury
on here he shows up as born in liverpool
help me please is it the same person or wot

GR does not have any records of its own...........are you referring to the 1901 census?

IN 1901 the boy born c1899 in Liverpool is with parents John & Catherine, + sister Mary.

You will need to get the birth cert to find out if the parents' names match the census info.

As I said....you will need to buy the cert to check the names of the parents

Give me a few mins.......I'll see if I can find one born in Bury.........

Ancestry is playing up just at the moment...........

Not sure what you mean about Bury and Lancashire coming under the same registration districts - they are miles apart and certainly are on the indexes as different districts.
