hello all
please can someone advise me on how to get birth cert from ireland or how to trace someone from ireland

long shot .....
i have found out that my biological family name QUINN comes from ireland and all i have is that he is called thomas quinn and a farmer but his son did come over to sheffield england where he married then moved to manchester SO im wondering how to find out which area they came from or if thomas even came to england . i just need to but a resting place to my family name .....

with regard to MCDONNELL this is my fathers mother maiden name all i have is that they came from a place called ballyhack in ireland around 1800 not much

but if anyone can help me with answers or advice then i would be so greatful
