	I am looking for CHARLOTTE ELLIOTT, born c1824 in Cardigan. She was a widow in 1861 living in Newport, Monmouth. Her younger children were MARTHA ELLIOTT, born c1855 in Newport, and ROBERT ELLIOTT, born c1857 in Monmouth. I suspect that she was in a workhouse but don't know for sure, she could have remarried. Any help appreciated.
