Trying to find my fathers (Alan Shaw) family.

My father was a publican in Liverpool he and my mother were not married and I hope my request will not cause any upsets. His name was Alan Shaw and I believe he died in early 70's. I have been told he was the landlord of the 'Mona Castle' ; the Oakfield' ; and the 'Belvedere' all of the pubs were Walkers houses. I am very keen to hear from anyone as my granddaughter has diabetes that can only have been passed on and I can find no link to my mothers family and that made me think about trying to find a half of my family lost to me. I have thought many times over the years I wll do this and now I am! |
